Refund & Returns Policy

At Viorenza, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

Please clearly state that you wish to cancel/return your order and include your order number.

2. Extended Returns

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Viorenza accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the return conditions below.

The statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law are not affected by this extended return period.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item should be returned with its original packaging, where reasonably possible.

• The item must not have been damaged, washed, altered, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

4. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at contact@viorenza.shop with:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return, if applicable

• Your preferred return instructions

Please do not send products to the address above without first contacting us, as a different return address may be provided depending on the order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly stated otherwise.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, please contact us before returning it. Where required by applicable law, Viorenza will cover the appropriate return costs.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment. We are not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact contact@viorenza.shop as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where applicable.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for a different product, size, or color. Where possible, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund has been processed but have not received it, first check your bank account or payment provider.
